Everything went very smoothly and the people were vey friendly and professional.
DAVID LThe app is horrible for check in. It took 20 minutes to complete, as it kept restarting at different points when I hit "next." Jack was up front about that, so I was not surprised and will be back for sure!
CHALONER SMy only issue was the return of the truck. I could not get a signal to guide me through, but representative was helpful and respectful.
Denise DI had to call Customer Service and they were amazing also.
