Staff was excellent. Attending to every in the store even though they seemed one person short. Pickup was easy and quick. Drop off was excellent. Only thing I can complain about is the truck was not mechanically. Alignment was seriously off. Wheel center was about 10:30. The ball joints or tie rods were clanking and loose. Possibly tie rods due to play in steering wheel. Exhaust sounded like manifold was leaking and lacking power. Get the trucks fixed uhaul. Unsafe to drive. Sincerely MA state inspectorPatrick R.

Friendly staff but ripped me off. Drove 12 miles and was charged $50 for fuel. I was told fuel was 4.25 a gallon which I agreed to pay but there's no way I used 5 gallons in 12miles, in a van. On top of that they charged a $30 fuel surcharge which wasn't mentioned. I won't use this location again and will think twice about using U-Haul. Disappointed!RYAN B.

The people who manage that place are crooked and i was approached twice by someone there after telling them to wait for my boyfriend cause i have an extreme anxiety disorder and this whole uhaul experience has got me scared to do anythinh.. i have stuff in the lynn place id like to move but i gets stared at by the male staff there and not to mention they told me the spave available was easily accessible.. it was not. Im a 4'8 female.... i also need to move my things from your Danvers locarion but im scared to enterveither one of them... and id rent a truck from you again but the Danvers ppl really screwed me and took way more money than they should have... i have till the 9th to get my things out but i do want to cancle my storage accounts ... im really not sure how to proceed from here . Have adequate staff available to process equipment returns in a timely fashion. Or simply note the time of return if it can't be processed immediately. I returned my rental over an hour before it's scheduled return time of 4pm. I waited with my vehicle for several minutes, nobody came to help me. I went inside the store and the gentleman working at the counter said to leave the keys with him and he would process my return. I left expecting him to note the time of my return. My return was eventually processed at 4:32pm. 32 minutes past the scheduled return time of 4pm. Even though I returned the vehicle over an hour and a half earlier. This resulted in an additional rental day being charged to my rental. Simply because there wasn't adequate staff available to process my return at the time of my return.COREY L.
