MICHAEL SLet me first say the equipment is jacked up and I had several issues with using this company. The trailer they gave me had the wrong rim and tire on one side for a trailer that’s size causing me to damage a lot of my items on my move. Mind you this was the second trailer I had to get due to the first one not locking down on my hitch and there was nobody there to assist. This damaged my hitch on my vehicle. And then the insurance well let’s say don’t waste your money I paid the extra and they disnt cover anything. Their own people told me I had the wrong tire up there but then the letter they sent me saying they would not cover anting in my claim this company rentals are a scam I highly recommend you look for a different rental company in the future.
JOHN KChris was so very helpful and respectful. He was also very knowledgeable about the rental process and return policy. Truck was a 26 footer, and it was Clean , and gas efficient. Will rent from this location if need arises in the future.
