I believe this site is "newer" to U-Haul. But they were very helpful in getting my drop off checked in. *** I want to recognize the customer service member that I spoke with. (Britney). U-Haul changed my drop off location a couple times during my rental...which caused some confusion. Britney was super helpful in reviewing my situation and getting my account squared away. Just an awesome person!!

Cynthia JBox is not big enough !!! 1. Used your app for a mobile pickup at a location in Danville, Va. Franklin Tpke. Exxon 24/7 location. Reserved truck to pick up at 12 midnight. Loading the truck at night , so I can have my daughter in college . Leave before sun comes up ..4- Hour trip So couldn’t rent the truck - called your support team for help . Told wait til in the morning -Refer to my messages earlier about trip and travel times. So I’m in the parking lot at 9 am renting a truck because the representative you have using your name to make money cannot reserve the truck - yet I did all that 2 days ago online. So I’m back on the phone with support- finally get loaded - get to my college - that I’m late and cannot unload my belongings. “I took pictures of the miles when I got the truck” - worst day ever unloaded for college - then get a email saying I owe for gas . I took pictures of the mileage when I got in the truck from the beginning on the disastrous day. I was a U-Haul representative for 4 years - we don’t have this problem . Danville Va. needs to be looked at - why It the runs like that. Unacceptable Where I come from “LargeTire Manufacturer - I fire people like that . First I would come get my trucks from the Dumpsite they are sitting in - Truck was nasty - weeds and mess all around the truck parking site. Your name all over it !!!Uhaul…..Feel free to reach out . You have my info. Numbers and emails not allowed .( I’m sure) Complaints - Righttttt!!!! I’m sure you will just delete this. However I will reach out a little farther than you reading this. Allen WI didn't drop off in VA. Uhaul get your act together. Read the paperwork I was dropping off in NC.
Hope KI turned the trailer in a day early but I didn’t get my return confirmation until 3 days later with an additional charge for an extra day. Person was late with paperwork at my expense.
