I turned the trailer in a day early but I didn’t get my return confirmation until 3 days later with an additional charge for an extra day. Person was late with paperwork at my expense.

Get an app that works. Site had no record of my pre-rental. When they finally got confirmation on their end, it wouldn’t accept my license photo. The trailer did not have much to strap to in order to keep stuff from shifting. Very disappointed of the whole production.
Ronald RPerson did offer or help check the trailer. I am 70 years old and had to hook up trailer as person did not even come out from counter.
