We dropped off at Winter's storage because our original drop off at 2400 Riverside Dr didn't have any storage units available. I reserved a unit months in advance. We had to scramble and find somewhere else on drop off day. Uhaul should have let me know before we left Albuquerque so we could get a different storage unit. Stressful and disappointing. Winter's storage is top notch but we lost out on the Uhaul "first month free" storage too.
