The owner was great but the location was difficult to get in and out of. He had lots of great advice and helped load the equipment rentals (Dolly, pads, etc). Would have been nice if gas station were convenient.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe tried to return the truck. The place told us no trucks were to be dropped off there. They sent us somewhere else and that place wouldn’t accept the truck. So I asked the man on the street. Did he know a place and that place they sent us to another place. You really need to get the right drop off for Danville Virginia. That was very frustrating and unacceptable.
