I was promised a car hauler and it wasn't at that store. It was at a diff location that was closed and they wouldn't get it for me. The car dolly I was given had a broken wire that I pointed out and they said it didn't do anything. I later found out it was the parking light. Windshield wiper was terrible. Couldn't see out in the rain



My original request with U-Haul was changed. Not only the size of the truck but the location. I was not pleased with this change but the field manager at the Riverside location worked with me and made the process a much better experience. I unfortunately, do not remember his name but I would like to thank him for all of his help and I truly hope he is complimented by U-Haul for his great customer service.

Our customer service was absolutely awful. It took over an hour to get our transaction finished. Once we finally got help from an employee, after waiting for half an hour, we went through the questions I was asked in order to rent a car dolly. We have rented this dolly from your location before with absolutely no trouble. This time, the employee said that our tow vehicle (same as previously used) was not enough to haul the car (same car as previous occasion also). He was very rude about this. When my fiance asked him to try again, he refused. So we took the titles to the vehicle in to prove that the information in his computer was absolutely incorrect. Come to find out, instead of asking specifications on the truck, he just assumed the engine was a v6. Not sure why he couldn't just ask us in the first place! He wasted so much of our time and was ridiculously rude! Overall our experience was atrocious and I more than likely will not be a returning customer.

I've called and tried to get this resolved. My driver used the wrong credit card to pay for this rental. It was rented under my business account but I was charged as a regular rental. My manager and I have tried to get this reversed and it's still not done. I should have not been charged anything other than the corporate rate. U-Haul Contract 26264002

trained customer service rep. This was my first experience renting a u haul vehicle. I wanted to rent a truck for one day (24 hrs; 6pm to 6pm) however per the rep. I could not and had to rent it for 2 days(Not sure why since the customer when I returned was able to rent one for one day). I paid for 270 miles however per the contract(after returning the van) 100 of the miles were free. i was charged the full amount. We were given a van and told to return it at the gas on the invoice(1/4). Upon our returned, we were told we did not bring the vehicle back with the correct gas amount. After giving the rep the contract that we signed showing the amount of gas should be in the vehicle when returned. It was determined that we were given the wrong van(their mistake). This was a horrible experience. I received 62.00 back out of the 242.00 that I paid because I went over my mileage by 45 miles. However per the contract, the first 100 were supposedly free. I am still confused about the whole transaction and I very dissatisfied with the service that I received. My next rental will not be with u-haul.

I have had the worst experience with Uhaul that I have ever had with a company in my life. I made a reservation a month in advance and the day of they had no vehicle for me. I was suppose to pick it up in Christiansburg, VA and then it was moved to Rocky Mount when I showed up there was no vehicle and I had to drive all the way to Danville, VA at 5pm. This inconvenience wasted my whole day of moving. I am now suppose to receive a credit and the company has messed that up as well. I am shocked at the negative service I received from Uhaul.

I was not aware that there is no customer parking at this location. Customers have to leave their vehicles in a business lot across a five lane highway and race on foot through traffic to get to this facility. The pickup I rented only had 8000 miles in it but it was the filthiest vehicle I have ever been in and I'm almost 60. I will never ever use this place again and will post a review on line advising others. Worst rental facility ever.

I set up a reservation online for a 17' truck and a tow behind dolly. The cost I was given was $461 for my out of town move(including insurance on both). When I arrived I was told there are no 17' trucks (as in they don't exist, not that there aren't any available) and I was charged $498 just for the 15' truck. I was told it would be an additional $198 for the tow behind dolly and that my best bet would be to pay $247 for the town behind trailer. After having to pay almost $300 more than the quoted price, I'll be looking elsewhere for the rest of my moving needs.

I thought the rep went above and beyond in writing down phone no if there were any problems. The only issue was that there was a cord needed to connect lights to trailer. Fortunately, the guy who was driving for me was aware of that, so we could go in to ask for it before leaving.
