Make your rental locations are fully stocked with all the options available online. I had to drive to a second rental location to pickup the moving dollies I had reserved. Since I had to use the truck to pickup equipment at a second location, it added miles used to my bill. Not too cool!

I had a great experience renting from this location. I was able to get the van earlier than I had requested. The manager was friendly and helpful. One word of advice: if you've never loaded a queen mattress in a 9' cargo van, be advised that you need to lay the box springs and mattress flat, and then load any additional items to the back of the van. The van is not tall enough to allow the mattress to be placed on its side.

Dropping off after hours was a long and tedious process on cell phone. Would not have been able to complete it if my granddaughter was not with me. Not user friendly at all.

This has been a painful experience. From beginning to end this has been a lot harder then it really should have been. I booked a pick up truck. When I called my local location they were beyond rude, telling me that just because the website, doesn't mean they have it. I called customer service. Let's just say the attitude I received was no different. I was told I needed to wait 48 hours for my reservation to be processed. When I advised Lewis that my reservation was less than 48 hours away you would have thought I was talking about his momma. Finally they assigned me to another dealer and they were absolutely wonderful. I picked up the now 20 ft truck with ease. She advised us to go to myuhaul.Com to return the truck on my smartphone. When we attempted to do so it advised that there was an issue with the sites security certificate. I have a work phone so I tried it on there with the same results. My cousin was able to pull it up on his iPhone but it kept crashing. I called customer service and the lady acted like I was bothering her. 45 minutes and 3 phones later I called customer service back and finally got someone who was nice. An hour later I left the parking lot. I took a screen shot of the site warning and posted it to your Facebook page where"af" again it was as if I was a bother. Bottom line: Fix your website. If I can't rent a pickup truck in my area don't let me reserve it on line. And fix your mobile site so people can actually use it like it was intended to be used.
