I would like the online rental reservation system to highlight that a trailer rental default period is only 6 hours. Not a problem with the dealer!

Mark DI had to wait two hours to rent the trailer because U-Haul websites were down. U-Haul needs to have a way of renting equipment when their websites are down. It was almost as if U-Haul had never rented a trailer before the Internet. Two hours of my time was a huge waste and inconvenience for my move.
