Staff had difficulty with the check in process making it much longer than usual. Vehicle had mirror damage (both blind spot mirrors) which would otherwise fail a motor vehicle inspection unless repaired. Brought this to staffs attention who acknowledged they were already aware before renting.

Ramit MI needed a van for a few hours, so booked for 4 and returned it after 3, handing them the key. They then only marked the van as returned the next day, and charged me for 2 days. Either incompetent or fraudulent behaviour, I can't tell which.
Sean TTerrible service charged my credit card $19000. Started qith miles ended qith kms instead of miles charhed me for 16k miles from montreal to halifax and told me I have to call uhaul to fix. Rude not helpful at all will never use them again and I rent alot.
