First time I used the app to rent. It didn't go well. I was never asked what time I wanted the rental for and it ended up putting it through right away. It also started the rental even though I didn't have the keys yet which caused a lot of confusion when I went to pick them up. (not their fault) Luckily I didn't need the rental for long and I was still able to do what I needed to do within the 4hrs. It seems strange that I can start the rental on my own. You would think they would have to submit something from the pickup location saying I was given the keys.

Pam KCalled 2 months before our event we live in port hasting but they sched to pick up in Darthmouth almost 3hrs drive. Spoke to someone thar is rude too so never again...
