Arrived at the location on time to pick up the truck. Gas station attendant told me to stand to the side that he had to call the owner because he cannot deal with the U-Haul rentals. Then proceeded to serve gas station customers. I waited around for 20 minutes waiting to pick up the unit. Unit was very dirty

Brent VI was notified the day before that I would need to drive to Dartmouth (and extra 150ish kms) to pick up. Busy gas station. & was charged the incorrect amount/was not refunded the extra distance.
