The equipment was well maintained. However, the cargo space had something spilt on the floor which was sticky in some areas.

I actually found whole check in and out process really hectic you should come up with something better
Sajan BThe service was slow, unhelpful and took 30min for me to get out the door with the keys for the truck. I was the only person in line being served by the shell attendant who also handles uhaul. I was told I would have a 15 foot truck even though I had booked a 10 foot truck on the phone in advance and then morning of the rental this location let me know they only had 20 foot trucks. When I asked if there was another option they said I could wait for another truck to come back but they had no idea what time that would be or if it would happen. Uhaul this is unreliable service and it is terrifying to drive a 20 foot truck when you never have before and have no other option because you have to move that day. As well the truck had considerable issues shifting into reverse. The gear would often skip between park and neutral and not stay in reverse. The truck did not feel safe to drive for this reason and you need to have it checked. Beyond disappointed with my experience this time with uhaul. I would like a refund of some sort for these things as they leave people like me stuck on a moving day with a truck that felt unsafe to move my things in.
C MKeeping the gas tank only partially full so the customer is guaranteed to put more fuel than they used is a disgustingly sleazy tactic. And you know you're doing it because you put right in the agreement that you won't reimburse if you add too much fuel.
