No one was available at this location for the dropoff. The owner was out to meet a client and the office was closed even though it was during its business hours. Therefore, I cannot rate the inside of the rental shop. On the phone, the u-haul representative (from u-haul, not the person owning the shop where the truck was dropped off) was helpful to solve this issue and we were able to find a solution. Overall, the location was easy to access.
Julie MThe vehicle had a significant number of damaged areas, all identified with labels, and had no impact to the performance of the vehicle but this certainly was an area of concern for me. I took a lot of additional time taking pictures of all of the damage for my own records just in case.
