Not location related but speaking to the live agent she informed me that they would not charge me the after hours fee and also said she would make a note that I returned the truck the same day as rental instead of keeping it the 48 hours so that would adjust my pricing. However yesterday I got my bill and I was charged the full amount and it states I returned the vehicle Sunday when I actually returned it Friday (same day as pick up). I was quite disappointed when I saw this.

Nobody at location (was there within the posted hours), location not suitable for 26 foot truck drop off, no drop box slot. The first lockbox code I was given through the support line didn’t work and I almost missed my flight home due to all the confusion. Neighbouring business was upset where I parked but I had no other options.
Neil PBe available when customers pick up . It was a lot of calling the person to get ahold of them to tell them i was there at the store. 30 mins late and hard for people who may not be good on the app .
ANN MI didn’t receive the keys on time I waited 1:30 hrs
Shahinaz ENo one was available at this location for the dropoff. The owner was out to meet a client and the office was closed even though it was during its business hours. Therefore, I cannot rate the inside of the rental shop. On the phone, the u-haul representative (from u-haul, not the person owning the shop where the truck was dropped off) was helpful to solve this issue and we were able to find a solution. Overall, the location was easy to access.
