Some of these are N/A as we went to a drop off location that was not open. Overall the vehicle was in good condition and the pickup and drop-off went smoothly. A great experience for to young women driving from the US back home to Canada. Thank you.

Not location related but speaking to the live agent she informed me that they would not charge me the after hours fee and also said she would make a note that I returned the truck the same day as rental instead of keeping it the 48 hours so that would adjust my pricing. However yesterday I got my bill and I was charged the full amount and it states I returned the vehicle Sunday when I actually returned it Friday (same day as pick up). I was quite disappointed when I saw this.
Nicole WNobody at location (was there within the posted hours), location not suitable for 26 foot truck drop off, no drop box slot. The first lockbox code I was given through the support line didn’t work and I almost missed my flight home due to all the confusion. Neighbouring business was upset where I parked but I had no other options.
Neil PBe available when customers pick up . It was a lot of calling the person to get ahold of them to tell them i was there at the store. 30 mins late and hard for people who may not be good on the app .
