Some of these are N/A as we went to a drop off location that was not open. Overall the vehicle was in good condition and the pickup and drop-off went smoothly. A great experience for to young women driving from the US back home to Canada. Thank you.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNot location related but speaking to the live agent she informed me that they would not charge me the after hours fee and also said she would make a note that I returned the truck the same day as rental instead of keeping it the 48 hours so that would adjust my pricing. However yesterday I got my bill and I was charged the full amount and it states I returned the vehicle Sunday when I actually returned it Friday (same day as pick up). I was quite disappointed when I saw this.

The first lockbox code I was given through the support line didn’t work and I almost missed my flight home due to all the confusion. Neighbouring business was upset where I parked but I had no other options.
Neil PBe available when customers pick up . It was a lot of calling the person to get ahold of them to tell them i was there at the store. 30 mins late and hard for people who may not be good on the app .
