They gave me a truck with a lock on the back. I had to buy a bolt cutter that didn't fit, then drive to another facility to get an angle grinder to cut off the lock.

Guy had feet up on desk even when talking to my wife. Acted like it was a chore to show where to drop trailer and to unhook it for her.
