Do NOT use the self pickup/drop off feature on the app. The app user experience is horrible and takes much longer than going into the office. The vehicle itself was fine and well maintained, and the rental was available when I needed it. My only frustration is with the app and company app customer service experience.

I would appreciate it if the agent who reserved my truck would tell me that I was opted in for damage insurance and not just charge me for it without my consent.
FADI FThe registering systems are too old I had to leave and waste many hours because it was not working. Computers and machines need refresh. The cars needs cacumme and cleaned. Hope these get fixed.
