This was a terrible experience. First thing was the pickup location was changed to Get N Go 3 because my original order location would be closed at the time of pick up. That's not the time stated on the web site. Second when I arrived for pick up I was informed that this location only rented trucks not equipment. I was told to check the back of the truck to verify that the furniture pads and appliance dolly had been delivered. If not, I was to go to the full service U-Haul facility (700 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach) to get an appliance dolly There was no appliance dolly and only 10 furniture pads. Third, On the way to the U-Haul Facility the low fuel warning light came on. I had to stop and put fuel in the truck. I put $40.00 in the tank which gave me 3/8 of a tank. When I arrived at the U-haul I told the person behind the counter that was I was sent over to get an appliance dolly. I was informed by the woman that she doesn't rent equipment to customers that come from the Get N Go 3. She said that she didn't have dollies to rent, she would gladly sell me an appliance dolly!!! The woman was very rude and nasty. I couldn't believe her attitude. I told her they just lost a long-term loyal customer. I then walked out. Fifth, after my moved I retuned the truck and informed the man at Get N Go of my issue with the woman at the U-haul Facility. He told me that she does that to everyone he sends there. Also, I returned the truck with 1/4 of a tank as required. I was charged for fuel adjustment because Get N Go stated on the email receipt that the fuel gage showed 1/8 of a tank of gas. Needless to say, this entire experience was a total pain in the butt.

Donald TUHaul changed the pick up location 5 times in the two day’s prior which made it confusing. The original and final location was lacking. The person at 1140 15TH ST in HOLLY HILL was so nice but the truck was moved to Derbyshire

Lorie RI have an open dispute for being scammed for gas fee. I returned the truck EXACTLY how I received it. With 3/8 of gas (pathetic) and I refilled it to 3/8 of gas at the gas station making sure it was 3/8 (pathetic amount given). There’s no way I messed up. I was not in a rush, it was just a local move to my storage unit. Shame on the person who did this to me.
