Jasmine Gresham was very rude. I was appalled by her lack of social skills and ability to communicate basic information. She made no attempt to be polite, or even pleasant. Equipment worked fine, and my original contact over the phone, "Gary" was nice and efficient. Gresham was even rude to the Uhaul computer support guy whom she contacted when the payment would not process. She seemed more pleasant to the black customers. I am sure it was a long busy day, but I have had customer service jobs before and I would never have considered treating a customer this poorly. Another employee named "Garrison" was helpful and knew how to hook up the trailer. I will not use this location again, despite the proximity to my neighborhood due to this poor service.

Unable to get location because not on contract. Placed on hold for fifteen minutes. Unable to get haul.com to use chat room. Very frustrating for sure.

There was definitely not enough staff to support the amount of customers. I was returning the van we used and I was outside for about 30 min before someone walked by and said I’ll be with you in a minute.

The truck was clean. The power steering was horrible I had to strain to make turns (please have it checked)my arms are still sore from this issue.

The office folks had trouble with the software. Not their fault, it just would not work remotely from the parking lot at first so we had to walk back across the lot to the office.

I called and updated my pick up and had I not just followed up on my own, we would not have gotten the truck. Celeste was very helpful and Elizabeth confirmed that everything was updated but something when wrong. Technical stuff happen - so that fine. However, when my son went to pick up the truck, he was told he could not use my card that I had on file so miscommunication there and then they charged him for a $10.00 puller but when he got to the house it was a smaller one for $7.00.

don't let the outside person that checks in the truck give out amount of what was charged and the amount return if you pay cash .this is the second time it have happened to me and that's terrible business. I believe the storage is too high to rent it's ridiculous ,truck perfect , so please come down on the storage amount because I still need a space.thank you for listening.

Received a call and was accused of leaving trash and threatened with a $25 charge AFTER a U haul employee has already confirmed I left everything clean. Most employees there do not smile or seem like they want to help. Also was almost charged an extra fee after an employee assumed I'd be back at a certain time, luckily there was another gentleman there willing to waive the fee after giving him $5 to buy lunch. I recommend there be better communication between employees and also with customers as well as training on customer service.

That person "Simone" need not work up front with customers ever. It was the end of day and he was flat out nasty with a lady simply trying to get a bigger unit. He messed up my rental and ended up charging me 3 times and the invoice was not right until the 3rd try wasting a lot of time. I usually don't complain but THIS IS who you have representing your company. I will never return to this location and discourage any from doing so as well. Who wants to deal with rudeness after moving all day?

I was impressed when I walked in the door and saw the set up. A young lady from behind the counter welcomed me. I thought to myself that this was about to be a great experience. I was mistaken. Horrible service. Simply hinderous. To the point of surreal. The kind of things you seen on hidden camera shows. The lowest morale I have ever seen in any establishment that deals with the public. SOME ACTUAL QUOTES: "I'm just here for the paycheck" "I ain't stayin' cause I have another job" "Corporate dont care" "Simone (the GM) has his favorites" "I don't care if it's clean or not" All of these and more were directed at both myself as well as others. This was bad. Simone, the GM, was completely self-absorbed and on his phone. Cleary my presence was an inconvenience. The 17' 140k truck had terrible steering issues. The front bumper was bent down from a collision. The steering and the bumper may be related. Uhaul, you should be ashamed to have your name on this location. I chose this location because it looked large and full service. I expected so much more.

The guy checking in the truck was slow and uninvolved. Totally standoffish, slow, and not welcoming at all. He didn't even say hello. Or how was everything. Had his earbuds in and didn't care about anything. He said I "owed 1.78" that I had to go inside and pay that in cash. I waited 20 minutes to get help, then the lady there, tried to get the Truck returns guys attn on the radio and his phone, to get the truck number and he ignored her. FLAT OUT IGNORED HER. We watched from inside. He had his phone, he had the Walkie Talkie...ignored. She couldn't help me, I had to leave 2 dollars cash and a note to the manager telling him what happened. it was a complete cluster. Such a great facility and the customer service sucked.

Overall GREAT experience-my only thought is when you return the vehicles -make sure the person checking you back in is as friendly as as the people who do the initial rental. This location is great though

Just got back from a brutal and stressful work trip, 6 hour drive and brought it back 2 days early to hopefully save a little money. The guy taking uhaul returns said they don't normally lower costs for early returns but "I could take care of it for you for $20". And of course I had no cash on me. He wanted me to take the uhaul (my only ride) down to the bank and pull cash out if I wanted to lower the charges. Not sure if uhaul has a corporate presence reviewing these sorts of things, but major red flag. Any normal successful business would have knocked the charges off, of their own accord, to build customer relationships. Anyways, was planning to leave good reviews, now I'm not.

The employees were friendly, however, they were short staffed. There was only two people working on a end-of-the-month Saturday. There was no manager working, or that could be reached to handle customer issues. I had to wait almost two hours to be helped. This store needs more management support.

I was VERY upset at the after hours pick up I set up. After troubles with internet and slow response from the site, the live person that was checking the pick up canceled my order ! Customer service was not able to correct this and it cause a massive issue having to pick the truck up in the morning. I expect to compensated for my time, as this was awful customer service from an offsite employee.
