There was just very few individuals to help in the office. The young man that helped me did a great job and took me via golf cart to the vehicle. He was just the only guy helping customers.

Better customer service is necessary....also make sure trucks are clean. When I went there to go rent a truck, I opened the back and found more than 13 live cockroaches running around based on the previous user of the truck and no one cleaned it and no one made sure truck was safe and sanitary for the next individual to use. I had to get a diferent truck.

Facility and staff were excellent. Superior Management team. The truck I rented was old and rickety- I worried that it would breakdown on the highway so I took side roads which caused me to accumulate more mileage and a higher rental fee. Not happy with the fink cost.

My initial reservation# 91060624 for pickup Sunday 5:00pm was given to another customer at 12:42pm before my pickup time. I arrived a little before 5 and the staff was packed up leaving for the day. I advised I had a reservation when they looked it up they told my daughter had picked it up. I don't have a daughter!!! My one and only son was with me. The staff didn't bother to offer assistance they just told me I didn't have a reservation in my name any longer however I asked how could that be if my credit card was still attached to the reservation. The rep assured me my card wasn't charged. My question then was if I didn't make the reservation then how could my card number be on it? They gave my reservation to someone and offered no assistance yet I had less than 24 hours to move. I called the reservation line and was transferred to 5 different people!!! My son finally called and someone from the NY area assisted us by submitting a complaint against the pick up location because she could see all of the details for the debacle. She also submitted a $50 service credit. That was the first time anyone at Uhaul demonstrated customer service. We made another reservation for the next day. When I returned the vehicle the rep checked the mileage and gas. Gas was returned exactly how I picked it up yet he charged me extra for it. Good thing I checked my bank balance prior to leaving the location because I noticed the additional charge. When I asked him why he charged me the additional amount when I returned it exactly how I pocked it up he told me I had to go inside the location and speak to someone about it. I went to the counter and one of the reps went out to the truck and confirmed I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when I picked up. They apologized and then said the funds would be credited back to my account. To make matters worse there was a staff member literally stuffing a deck of pringles potato chips in her mouth right at the counter in my face. This location needs a full overhaul it is pitiful!!!!!!!!! I still haven't received the $50 service credit either! This is my last time with Uhaul. I would rather pay the extra money for a professional moving company. Every single time I speak with a rep its a different story no knowledge of anything and yet they proceed to tell me what happened prior to reviewing all the details. Now they are making up untrue details to override the credit that was submitted. Customer service training is needed across the board. The worse experience ever!

The customer service at this location was non-existent the day I went to pick up my uhaul. Four employees stood behind the desk near the phone while one of them ordered food for lunch. She was polite enough to place an order for her co-worker Simone (talapia salad if I remember correctly, but not one of them was polite enough to speak to us as we entered and approached the counter. Conversation was kept to a minimum between the sales rep and myself as she seemed reluctant to divulge the useful information I needed. The information I received was gained solely because I asked the questions, but the attitude I received was free of charge and abundant. After finally completing the transaction I immediately began looking for a customer service number, but in the midst of a move, there was just not enough time. Today I wanted to make the time. Customer service is a dying art and only based on a short interaction, I can assume it’s been dead and gone from this location for some time. Full Disclosure: The man the actually pulled the truck around was extremely polite, helpful and ALMOST made me forget about what I had just experienced just minutes before.

I actually had an issue with the customer service (the lack of) the check in u haul truck process online was a little bit much and I felt my rental had to be rushed as the pick up time was not explained to me properly through the customer service over the phone. I picked up the truck at 6:30p and was told I only had until 9:45p to return the truck but I did not get the full 4 hours I had paid for. Just very disappointed by all of this

Checked in online. Didn't matter. Still waited as only one person behind counter. Waited 5-10 minutes to get waited on only to be told i have to go outside to track someone down to hook up before doing paperwork. Then back inside for another 5-10 minute wait since nobody behind counter this time. Told it would be twice as much as what online order said. Got that straightened out. Return was fine and easy. Order and pickup is the issue.
