BENITA B | Overall ExperienceYes, the storage unit itself was clean and once I got the right one it was easy. Unfortunately, the entire process took over an hour. The staff was unprepared and gave me a unit that was already assigned to somebody else. Thankfully, I stopped at the unit while they were still open during store hours otherwise I would’ve been in an unfortunate circumstance. The staff was kind, but they seemed very unfamiliar with the process in the system that U-Haul uses seems very slow. Also, I find it strange that you cannot ring up everything at once they had to do several separate transactions for everything.
