Owner, Tyrone Thompson, will not return calls. I am very displeased with my 3 year rental. I will not recommend 3653 Memorial Drive Decatur, Georgia to anyone if the damage is not handled honorably. Thank you.

Shaquanna L. | Overall ExperienceI am really sad and upset. For months on end I tried communicating with staff to get my account in order. Since I couldn’t reach anyone I assumed my things had been sold I had two payments that never posted to my account but check cashed. There was multiple times I called and was on hood for over 20 minutes waiting to speak to a manager. The time I did get someone on the phone they were rude, sharp, and I felt like they didn’t even listen to what I had to say. I’m blind and can’t get there like I needed to. I don’t think I’d ever use uhaul again.
