Marjorie SAll interactions -- on the phone and in person -- at this site were pleasant and consistent. We were treated with respect. On the phone, I didn't know when we might return the truck so they explained the location of the lot in relation to their business, and other pertinent info. When we returned the truck during work hours, the man who took our key, said, Oh yes, you are the ones who rented this from Charleston. It was nice to feel like they were in the loop and had paid attention to what truck would be returning. It was also the most convenient location for us, coming in from east of Decatur. Btw, the truck (license plate was from Arizona) was excellent and had low mileage!
