How U-Haul Reviews WorkCustomer service went above and beyond expectations
James LEmployee who answered the phone was extremely rude, wasn’t accommodating to the situation that i didnt cause, and also hung up on me. I soon received help from the area manager, and my reservation issue was resolved.
Ameena HTruck was said to have a 1/4 tank but actually only had 1/16 gallon.31 miles to empty it said, the manager said just bring it back at 1/16just like it was and he would have it adjusted.i returned truck with more gas than what I had left with used less miles than I paid for and they are trying to charge me $55 for gas not at 1/4 tank.when I did exactly what I was told to do.
JAIME Bkind, personable help and quickly took care of things.
