The truck check engine light was on blowing white smoke and very rough riding - the inside of the U-Haul was so slick that I fell very hard

It was difficult to communicate with the people at the location on the phone and also in person. We also did not feel safe while at the location.
Shannon CThis location did NOT have the 15 foot uHaul I reserved and the app was unresponsive for checking in. That's more a reflection of uHaul than the operator. I was grateful that the operator was able to give me a key for a 10 foot uHaul but I was not able to log data on my app. Overall I was very disappointed with this uHaul rental compared to my past interactions. .
charles dIt’s in a very old hotel and the guy that is at the desk does not speak English. He does the contract over a phone with a different guy with a broken English. If it wasn’t such an emergency for the U-Haul, I would’ve went someone else I felt very uneasy.
Heidi SHD was so accommodating and friendly. The truck got stuck in the driveway from a snow plow on streets from city and worker John came out and got it unstuck so fast and easy. Loved the whole experience!!! Have rented before and will rent again from this location!!!
