There was no signage indicating that there was even a UHaul dealer in the shopping strip. I had to go into another business to find out where I should go. And the door was locked to the barbershop where I apparently was supposed to drop off…I was only given an address, not a business name. When the owner finally came to the door he was very nice but I was hesitant to give him the keys because there was absolutely nothing to confirm he was a dealer. I was grateful to get a confirmation text from UHaul that the truck had been successfully returned.
