Go back to people checking out the condition of the Uhaul. All that app stuff sucked. People don’t have time for that nonsense. If a human is there working at pick up , let them take a walk with you around the truck. Human contact is more valuable.
phyllis hBilling on credit card doesn't match receipt which i will charge back the entire charge if not resolved. Discrepancy in Billing is fraudulent in the least. I was by haul it was my bank thats no excuse. Its actually a u haul hold for the clean out fee. Ill be filing a complaint with commerce department for fraudulent receipts practices and bbb .
