The online check in to get U-Haul outside of hours was ridiculous. It took 30 minutes to get it completed. Due to it being dark outside taking a picture of the drivers license wasn’t easy. If this could be uploaded before hand and then just verified on pickup it would be better.

RONDA SAfter driving the truck for 1400 miles a miles you could smell it like it was a burning smell. Like rubber then it would go away. The problem there isn’t enough power for little hills or long inclines the tack goes so high and sucks the full. They need to maintain them better in my opinion. It took almost and hour just to get checked in to get the truck wasn’t thrilled.
