STEPHEN BThe place that I got the equipment from was very friendly. The equipment needs to be inspected, y’all need to put a note on the fender saying fender can come down so an 81 year-old person doesn’t have to climb out the window after the car is put on the car hauler. Then I was rid a 25 footer when I only needed a 15 and asked for 15 didn’t realize it until after I picked it up then I was charged for 9 miles over when I was supposed to have been added an extra 25 miles in the first place. And I turned it in a day earlier also.
CAMMY RI was quoted ~$69. When I arrived the price was almost $160. I had no choice but to the get the trailer, because I had already made the trip to get it. This is either by accident or a bait and switch, either are unacceptable. It wasn't the fault of the polite woman who helped me, the Uhaul interface wouldn't let her do anything about it. I'll absolutely look for other options the next time around.
