We originally booked the 20 foot truck from one storage facility but upon pick-up we were not able to get it because they didn't have the keys in the lock box. We were then taken across the street to swap over to a 26 foot truck which took about an hour total to get everything swapped over the phone. The truck itself was okay. The ramp on the truck was the wrong ramp and went to a much shorter truck so we were walking up an incredibly steep incline. Then during the drop off portion it took 3 phone operator transfers to get into the gate to drop the truck off. I've used U-Haul services before and have never had this many issues. I was very dissatisfied with the entire process.
