People there are very friendly. However, rented a car hauler on two occasions in a month. Both had brake/axle failures. Was able to get the first one back to their shop. Next one locked up while trying to return. They were ZERO help.

William DThe Car Dolly is Junk and wasn't inspected as it should have been Upon its return. The Truck was A Large Boat Anchor. Now I have experience with driving trucks this size with tow haul mode. However I have never ever experienced A Truck that performed as Unsatisfactory as this one. That truck needs to be gone through front to back wheels up. No truck with the mileage that truck has should be performing that severely poor. We will be Telling our family and friends to Stay Far Away from UHAUL. This Rental Should be Free for all of The Issues we've had with it
