I rented a 6 x12 enclosed trailer. I was surprised and disappointed to find out that there was no jack to crank the trailer tongue. It was quite heavy to do by myself.
Tom HWe did a contactless drop off so we did not interact with personnel. The biggest piece of advice is not related to the people, but rather the app. The photo upload portion of the app is very glitchy and backs out of the section you're in almost every time you upload a photo
MATTHEW SEngine light was on , truck had sand on seats, and in cab, when started at first it sound like muffler had a hole in it, but after it warmed up loudness went down, also on my reservations I put in for appliance dolly didn't have one in truck or on location, nothing to help get larger heavier items into truck, luckily my brother in law who gave me ride from airport stayed to help with the big items or I would have been in trouble.
