danny hPrior to confirmation, vendor called me a fucking idiot for no rational explanation when confirming vehicle within 24 hours of use. Never returned any calls and left me hanging . This resulted in calling the Toledo dispatch office for help.
DOUGLAS BCan not rate this location fully as I did a key drop and didn't interact with anyone; however, the parking and key drop was very easy to complete. Also, since we are forced to answer each question even if we didn't interact or go into the facility, you should add an N/A.
