Prior to confirmation, vendor called me a fucking idiot for no rational explanation when confirming vehicle within 24 hours of use. Never returned any calls and left me hanging . This resulted in calling the Toledo dispatch office for help.
DOUGLAS BCan not rate this location fully as I did a key drop and didn't interact with anyone; however, the parking and key drop was very easy to complete. Also, since we are forced to answer each question even if we didn't interact or go into the facility, you should add an N/A.
SCOTT SI returned the truck on Monday morning. I let Larry know that the truck is at the same gas level as when I picked it up. I received a call from the pick up location on Thursday asking if I had returned the truck, when indeed I had a full day early. Then, I was charged $86 with no explanation. I called Larry and asked what the charge was. He said he needed to ask his girlfriend and call me right back. I have never received the call. I am concerned why the return process was not completed the same day. I am concerned about this extra charge. i have NO idea what happened between Monday and Thursday---it is now Friday and I have not heard back.
