The computer system was not working properly. She had to delete our reservation and re-enter it for some reason. A little time-consuming, but it all worked out in the end.

mohammed vI rented a 6 x12 enclosed trailer. I was surprised and disappointed to find out that there was no jack to crank the trailer tongue. It was quite heavy to do by myself.
Tom HWe did a contactless drop off so we did not interact with personnel. The biggest piece of advice is not related to the people, but rather the app. The photo upload portion of the app is very glitchy and backs out of the section you're in almost every time you upload a photo
