Do not like virtual help. Nobody readily available
MICHAEL MHaving a pick up with a virtual option only is infuriating. There was a problem with the lockbox. I was offered another truck virtually. When I got my bill, I was overcharged when I used the equipment given
Bronwyn ODifficult pickup process, really confusing. Truck ran really rough at idle, almost shutting off and had no ac. The cargo area was cluttered with foam and fuzz and a ton of dog hair that I had to clean out before I put my house in it
Michael GI made a reservation and 2 hours before pick up, simeone feom the corporate ofice called and said they couldn't do it at this location. They said I could pick up a truck 30 miles away and could only have it 15 hours. They wouldn't reduce the price. I called thisnlocationand they tol.me they did have a larger truck available and I could have it for 24 hours. I called corporate back and the man I spoke with was belittling and condescending. I finally got it all straight but I have no desire to rent from them again.
