I dropped off on a weekend so there were in person staff available. The lot was also very tight and small. The mobile drop off also would not allow me to upload photos

Easy Process
charles rMy virtual assistant, Sam was friendly and efficient, except, she neglected to tell us that the truck was not on site. Nor did she tell us about the onboarding process through text, requiring a photo before leaving the lot around the corner where we found the truck.

I do believe a refund for the rest of the month could be, should be applied. Through stage 3 cancer and until my vacating the unit, I kept it clean, and always paid on time.
