While this location was fine, the first one that I to move from wasn't. The fact that there isn't a real person to talk to was weird enough, I had to talk to a big screen (absurd). I hope this isn't the future... Next time I'm going with Penske... Truck wasn't clean there was beach sand everywhere and I'm not planning on cleaning that... NOBODY knows this, because they're giving up the U-Haul from a tablet, they're not there in person...
