No real people there. It's done by like zoom or something. The truck was a hunk of junk. Both seats were bolted down with spark plugs, the visors were broke so they kept falling down in your vision. The entire truck stunk like weed. No ramp on the tuck. Trailer switch would not go to normal. Your stuck in power mode to pull one. Truck was dirty. I'm completely unsatisfied with my experience.

I paid for a 20-foot truck, but when I went to pick it up, the key couldn't be found. I waited 40 minutes to be assisted, and in the end, they gave me a 15-foot truck instead. The vehicle had issues: it made a terrible noise when turning left, the engine sounded like an old washing machine, and the A/C didn't work properly. All of this caused delays and made for a miserable day; we felt like we were inside an old washing machine, sweating profusely. It was a very poor experience. I am a regular customer, but today I felt that the service was overpriced for what I actually received.
CESAR MThe picking up equipment was not any more efficient virtually than with an actual person. Still took 30 minutes to finally drive the truck off the lot. It felt like playing escape room to finally get the keys because the online instructions are not exactly correct. It said to get the keys then locate the truck out on the back side of the lot. The keys were locked up and I needed a code to get in, hence the escape room analogy. I just clicked on next and there was the lock code to get the keys out of the lock box. Then we drove around to the back of the lot, mind you this location is an upside down L shaped lot with a convenience store i. the L shape and on the corner of a busy 4 lane highway. When we finally go to the back of the lot to secure the truck, the two dollies were not in the truck already. There is not enough space at the front office to pull the truck around to get the dollies. So we had to drive our vehicle back around to the front of the building, load the dollies into our vehicle and then, you guessed it, drive back around to the uhaul truck. One cannot simply walk around to the back lot...a little bit of a hike. It was a comedy of errors that could not have occurred. Virtual pickup is not any more efficient than having someone just check us in and be done. Either way takes 30 minutes.
JASON PI dropped off on a weekend so there were in person staff available. The lot was also very tight and small. The mobile drop off also would not allow me to upload photos
