This facility did not report my equipment as returned on the required date thus having Uhaul wanting to charge me an extra days usage. Why the receiving agent did not input my returned equipment inot thye computer is beyond my belief. Now I'm having to cope with getting my charged amount back to my credit card.; No, totally unsatisfactory.
