This location was not my original location to pickup. 2 other locations I went to did not have a truck available for me AFTER I already made a reservation. I was sent to this last location stating he had a 15ft truck. I drive there and found he did not have one available. He wanted to make it right and gave me a 20ft truck for the same price. If I make a reservation, I would expect the place I make the reservation with would have the truck and not have to goto 3 places on the day if my scheduled move.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkJohn is a nice guy to deal with thanks again
BRIAN SWhen I pick up the truck, the gas tank is 3/8. This put a lot of stress for me driving 4 to 5 miles trying to find a gas station. The truck needs filled tank for positive experience.
