Very unstable vehicle, driving was a nightmare especially at the end when a green wrench and a check engine light came on, had to wait for an hour on hold to get roadside assistance to support me. Then it ended up making me late to my drop off location. I will never be using U-Haul again. I will just pay the extra money for a moving company since it is not worth the hassle anymore.

Joseph HWell very nice and helpful folks at both locations. Equipment worked fine. A great experience soured by charging an extra $5.80 for mileage. You folks calculated the mileage for the one-way trip, not me. Bottom line, you made an extra $5.80 and created a friction point. Very little money, not a good business decision.
