This was an unmanned drop off location. I followed the directions on the sign to take photos and text them to a number. It wasn't long before I received a text thanking me for dropping it off. There were no problems.

I never had an experience with this location because the U-Haul broke down and was unable to be returned. However, I know that they left the U-Haul at my storage unit where it broke down for MONTHS after they were supposed to pick it up.
