I rented a U-Haul truck, but unfortunately, after loading my stuff, I couldn't start the truck. It seemed like the battery was discharged, and I was stuck on the road at night, feeling completely lost. Fortunately, a mechanic friend of mine was able to help me start the truck, and that was a huge relief. The next morning, I had to take the day off from work because I needed to unload my furniture and return the truck, as I had promised. However, the same issue occurred: the battery was dead again, and I couldn’t start the truck. I called the person from whom I rented the truck, and he was really nice and tried his best to help me stay calm. After several attempts, I managed to start the truck. I drove to my destination, but once again, the truck wouldn’t start. I called U-Haul’s customer service, and the representative transferred me to roadside assistance. Unfortunately, the call got disconnected. I tried calling back several times, but the "press 2" option wouldn't work, and after 10-15 attempts, I gave up. Thankfully, a local person helped me get the truck started again. I kept the truck running for the rest of the day, but overall, this was a very bad experience for me. I'm not a truck driver, and I wasn't prepared to handle a situation like this. It was stressful and inconvenient, and I hope U-Haul can address these battery issues to avoid others going through the same trouble.

There is nothing to improve on. The service we received was amazing. Everyone in the service industry should be as good as the people at Mike’s convenience store. I wouldn’t hesitate to use that location and will absolutely recommend it to others.

DAVID JThe key drop off box required a code and therefore we had issues returning our truck after 9pm. Additionally the customer service office was done work for the day so it was difficult to get ahold of someone to help return our truck
