How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was supposed to drop my vehicle off at EXO convenience in Delta BC. They would not take the truck, would not let me park there because the landlord didn't want the trucks there. (What they told me) And, I was trying to return my truck early, so he would have had exactly 2 trucks to deal with (because mine wasn't scheduled to be returned until 7 am the next morning). The EXO person was vaguely unhelpful because he said there were other locations where I could take it. I went to one nearby (using the app to locate) and was told basically the same thing, but the woman in that location found me a third option, Mike's. At this time (6:30 pm) a lot of the locations near me were closing or already closed and I was getting upset. The gentleman at Mike's gave me the number to call (I had it, but good - he had it posted) and explained that he didn't want to get offside with Uhaul because he was not an authorized dropoff site, and he could not see my order on the system (because EXO, oh, you get it). He explained that if I called I could get my contract altered so I could drop it off with them. That happened and I used the app to "drop off my" truck, Worked like a charm. The person on the phone was supremely helpful as was your dealer at Mike's. One quick comment about EXO and the other one not Mike's: EXO was a terrible location, dingy and weird. Bad vibe. The other one was a lot better, but you need to empower your agents to help your customers out. The EXO guy could have picked up the phone, called Mike's convenience and arranged this dropoff for me. I was not spared all the anxiety and stress - BUT - the phone person turned it around and the bulk of the credit goes to the agent at Mike's. He was fantastic. And the MIke's location is clean and awesome. I bought $50 worth of 649 tickets off him just to thank him. There you go. I never fill these things out.
