The girl at the counter was so nice and efficient
Erin SOther than uhal themselves telling to me go to orange city after I made my reservation at this location. Uhal called me twice complaining I "dropped it off at the wrong location l" if it wasnt the location they wanted thier equipment dropped off at expert car car shouldn't be available to select as a dropped off location.
HOLLY LWell the reason we say no on personnel help is because we dropped off the truck on Sunday night and they were closed.
Carmen CApproximately 9 days after returning the truck to the above location, I received an email stating I never returned the truck. After numerous calls, it was determined that the above business never checked the vehicle in because they did not know how to complete the paperwork. Therefore, it appeared I still had the vehicle. Stressful and frustrating experience!
