I didn't know I was at the correct drop off since the name of business listed was different that what it was. Please update this. I even called the # listed several times but it dropped off every time. I couldn't see the small U-Haul drop box on the wall. Thx

BRIAN H.Checking in was a nightmare! The person did not know what he was doing and it took over an hour! The truck did not have the dolly and blankets we were charged for and when I returned the truck (hours early!) he wouldn't credit me the money for those missing items that we had paid for. I will NEVER use this again! Moving is stressful enough!
