I returned the 10' truck at 7 pm. My ride home was there 7 mins. prior. As I pulled in 3 workers who saw me pull in came out, locked up and walked past me and left instead of practicing good customer service and checking the truck back in. My ride and I were both very put off by these actions.

Convenient location. I have used this location to either pick up or drop off equipment within the past 5 months. I recommend the attendants to detach dropped off equipment without requiring the customer to back in and maneuver equipment to stored location on the uhaul facility. The attendant needs to possess the strength to detach the equipment and move it to the proper location without the assistance of the customer's vehicle.

We requested a dolly and we were charged for it, but it was never put in the trailer. When my wife called back, the call went to a Call Center (not the Denton location). They said they would call back, but 4 hours later they had not done so. Our 2nd call also went to the Call Center... told this representative the same story and he said he would get back to us...he did not. We were able to borrow a dolly from my sister for loading.

When I went to pick up the trailer from the location, I asked the owner if my 1956 Mercury custom would fit with the car being lowered. I was told that the car would fit without problem. Based on this information, I took the trailer and drove the hour to the location of the car. as we attempted to load the vehicle, the frame cross-member get caught on the trailer wheel channel, and prevented the car from being loaded. I ended up having to drive the car the hour to my new home, while my friend drive the U-Haul truck and trailer back. Along the way, we stopped to drop off the car hauler back at the franchise. I explained to the clerk the trailer they stated would handle the car did not. That I ended up having to drive the car instead of hauling it as planned. I requested my money returned because I was unable to use the equipment they stated would work. The owner of the franchise, who at the time was arguing with another customer, stopped and told me that he was not refunding a damn thing and for me to get the hell out of his store. Being a business owner myself, if I were to treat my customers with such a lack of respect or dignity, I would be out of business very fast. I will never return to that franchise again, and it's even questionable if I will ever use your brand again the next time I need to move something.

Make sure the lock on the roll-up door is checked. I got to the load site 40 miles away and found the lock was on and locked - NO KEY! Was lucky enough to have a lock cutter available. This was new for me and I have rented from U-Haul 5-6 times.w/o having a lock on the door.

Waiting for the computers and apps that were used both during my pick up and return took most of my time I spent at the location. I didn’t mind as I had scheduled time in case but as a heads up this is something that should be looked into.

The people are not very happy with their jobs it seems! I felt that I was not important enough to get my reservation taken care of. I will not go back to this location again! I think I knew about what was happening then they did. If you don't like your job then get another one asshole!!!

What was told to me prior to renting the truck and the final result was completely different. I could have hired movers for what the truck rental cost me to have a day and a half. I will not use uhaul again

Customer service - very rude. Not people friendly. Took their time to get the truck. Reservation was for 1:30, got there at 1:38, truck checked out to me at 1:00. Just poor customer service. Will pay more to other vendor next time to be treated more customer friendly. Gas gage was not even correct, I even mentioned it wasn’t correct and the guy checking me out agreed. Just a nickel and dime place.

The man who checked us in was rude and not personable. My dad is hard of hearing, which seemed to annoy the man. I got a bad feeling there and was glad that it was a quick transaction.

The young man that check me in when returning was really great. Very personable and sincinerly interested in how things worked out with equipment, and just very personable. He gets an A+, Young man that hooked us up outside, also great. The young man that did rent heal agreement was nearly mute, all business, and reminded himself to thank me as I was nearly out of the building. Not nearly as personable. I think his name tag even said OWNER. Tattoos on left arm. He was nice, but could take customer service advice from the other two.

I always rent a pickup truck with the ball mounted to pull my boat, a guy with a long beard and hairless jumped in to my conversation that I was having with Darrin just to tell me that I need to pay $5 dollars more for that to use. (Nobody told me that on the phone when I requested with 2 days in advance and made the reservation for the truck) I told him that I haven’t been charged for that in the past and he just immediately said that is a NEW POLICY SINCE YESTERDAY! Darrin was able to help me, he was polite, but the other guy just needs to improve in CUSTOMER SERVICE! The first truck was stinky so I have to get another one. Thank you!
