The location is very scary. There’s a lot of drug addicts and no one is able to stand with you while you take photos to prepare to rent or return the truck.

The truck smelled like cigarettes and the tires kept running low on air. I needed to refill them a couple of times during my trip.

Ganeva MI paid for furniture pads and they were not included in the rental, I would like that part of my order refunded.
Samantha JThe lock box didn't work. The guy inside eventually just gave us the key, after fully checking credentials. THE APP IS THE WORST!!! I had to take 25 pictures of the truck location, and it didn't accept any of them. It took forever to check in and return.
