My movers bumped the dolly in the van, which broke the seal and I was charged $7 even though I did not use it. Why was the dolly put in the truck even though I didn't request it?

Charged me an extra day after I dropped the keys in the drop box at 830. They open at 9:00 but didn't check the vehicle in until 9:40 which prompted the additional day. No call just deceided to charge the card along with an extra $25 cleaning fee for s truck bed being a bit dirty due to moving mulch. Crazy.

I hired a 2 movers from movinghelp.com since you guys reccomrnded them, I thought this seemed weird but I knew UHAUL would not send me in the wrong direction. I sure was wrong. I hired just in time movers. I was supposed to have 2 movers come on 4/15 at 1pm. The movers did not show and when I texted the mover he said "No ride I'll see if I can find one tho" I then told him to to take an Uber it's not my problem he doesn't have a ride I already paid him and there are supposed to be 2 movers. He then replied "Nigga u paying for it I'm broke" I am disgusted by this treatment. I will never being using Uhaul again or movinghelp.com. I am shocked you guys would guide me to someone who treats customers like this.

I am upset that when I told the two that I was moving from Lakewood co to Arvada co that I had to drive all the way back to Lakewood CO to return the truck and it caused me to go over on the miles I paid for when there is a drop off place in Arvada not too far from where I moved to...I want to be reimbursed for this

The guy kept trying to charge me extra for insurance. I kept telling him no I do not want it. Then he hands me the keys and says he doesn't need to check for damage because the van is brand new and that I'm the first to rent it. So now they are charging me for damage that I did not do. And somehow I ended up paying for the extra insurance that I repeatedly told him I did not want and the van had been rented out to a few people before me.

I dropped the trailer after hours and that worked fine. There was construction in front of the location so that made it difficult to get in and out.

There was a short wait, though I had reserved a truck and specified a pickup time. The only employee on duty was not authorized to sign out the truck to me. This was not a big deal, but I thought the point of the reservation was that they would be expecting me at that time. I love that you can do a lot of the check-in tasks online ahead of time!

There seemed to be only one person working and I had to wait quite a long time for my equipment. My son told me this was always the case at this location. Personnel was very nice however. The trailer looked rough and I had to lubricate the hitch to get it working properly.

The gentleman that helped me on Friday January 13th around 6:45 pm was very professional and very thorough. His customer service is what motivated me not to use one of your competitors. He made me feel welcomed and stress free. Moving is hard enough it is nice to have a team member from Uhaul on my side.

First off this trailer was beat up. Dings everywhere and the paint was literally chipping off all the way around. The trailer also sounded like it was ready to fall apart going over any little bump or crack in the road. By far the worst part of my experience was the customer service. I was told when I ordered the trailer that the drop off location was in the next town down from me, Avon, CO(5min drive). When I called for drop off I was told that I would have to drive the trailer 30 mins away to another drop off location. The customer service reps were fairly rude so I in return got frustrated and may have become a bit rude muself(not my normal temperament). At first I was told that if I didn't drop it off in gypsum(keep in mind I'm in the middle of the Rockies) that I would have to pay for additional days. Finally, after speaking with a manager, I was told that I could hold onto the trailer for 3 additional days without charge so that the Avon(original location) location could make room. When I called back this morning I was told they still had no room and I would not be allowed any additional days and that I would be charged moving forward. So I went ahead and drove 45 mins each way to gypsum due to the fact it was snowing and the roads were horrible. Apon arrival the woman at the front desk(great customer service at this location) was surprised to see me due to the fact that they had no additional storage space either. She was very accommodating and took the trailer regardless. The worst part of all this was the telephone reps and the fact that even tho I was in the Rocky Mountains I was not taken care of better. I should not have been forced to drive in a snow storm for almost 2 hours to drop off a trailer that was originally supposed to go to a location that would have taken me 10-15 mins round trip.
