I booked online, which is always a risk because they will take the reservation whether not they have the equipment that you need. I also did the Express check-in which did nothing for me as I still had to wait 45 minutes to get the equipment that I pre-booked.

The wait in line was horrific. We arrived at 9:50am to pick up our 10:00am reservation. Due to slow internet at the location, it was taking literally 20 minutes to process a single customer, and the line was 6 or 7 customers deep. No backup came for another hour, and I did not get out to the truck that had been reserved for me until 11:20. It seriously jeopardized our already tight moving schedule. Next time I move, I will be considering other options. Allowing a one-and-a-half hour wait because you wanted to skimp internet expenses is not acceptable.

I had a positive experience with my uhaul reservation but one suggestion would be to improve communication about flexibility of drop off times. I had a reservation from 9 am to 1 pm. I was told that I could return the truck later than 1 if it turned out I needed it for longer. When I called to let them know that I would be late dropping off, the representative told me there was a reservation right after me and that she “wished people would not be telling customers they had flexibility with drop off”. She then transferred me to scheduling who told me it would be fine to drop off later. So in the end it all turned out fine but would be nice if everyone was on the same page!

We had a snow storm here in Colorado on Saturday 2/10/2018. It would be helpful to have snow brushes in the trucks. The tires on the could have been better, the van i used was pretty light in the tail end. It does become dangerous when driving it empty on ice.

Rented from uhaul many time, and this was the worst truck I've had so far. It had transmission, battery, and alternator problems.should not have been sent out under those conditions. The truck stalled multiple times, and inconvenienced the whole move. I did receive a partial refund though. The service reps were great, but the equipment was again less than par.

I had to go to THREE locations to drop this trailer off. I kept getting rerouted around town and the employees were not concerned. I am not one to make a fuss, but this out me in a bad situation for my first day at work. It also made me sit in over an hour of traffic. The customer service at the second location was appalling.

Explain the correct information insted of riping people off !!! Expail the quote and then explain that you charge way more extra for the miles beacuse we werent explained any off this and our bill ended up being 400 dollars money we need for other things this sucks
