My experience at this location was average--I had a reservation, however, there was no one in the office when I came to pick up my Uhaul. There was only one man working, and he was assisting another customer outside, however, I was in a hurry, and with my reservation I was hoping everything would be ready to go as scheduled. Also, I made a previous reservation at a different Uhaul location, and they were closed. With that added inconvenience, it was not a great experience. I really would appreciate some type of credit for the inconveniences and the extra time I had to spend when I had a reservation. Thank you.

I didn't personally return the trailer to this location, my husband did so I didn't not see it. One last thing, after I reserved a trailer on the website, I got a call two days before I was to pick it up that the trailer I needed was not available, needless to say, I was not happy. Then, at the last minute, I found out it was available. U-Haul needs to refine their reservation system to where you get when your reserve when you need it.



Turning in the vehicle was quick and easy once we were able to get assistance. We were totally fine with the wait, but the folks there were having computer issues in resolving the person in front of us issue. It took three people to figure it out before we were helped. Again, we were fine because we had lots of time but I felt bad for the folks trying to work through the Uhaul system. They were very friendly and quick once they got to us. It was so easy to turn the truck in.

The truck was so low on fuel that it was cutting out just trying to go one block for fuel. I think this is terrible customer service to leave the fuel that low. The representative was extremely rude when I asked why there was such a huge difference in cost from the written confirmation I received from the 800 number. When I asked if there someone I could speak to he said no. The then handed me his managers card and told me to call him since he would not call himself. I spoke to the Manager on the phone and worked through the cost issue but when I said I was very unhappy about the overall experience he said I could call customer service but it would come back to him anyway. No a good location.

I found the 19.95 per day listed rate rather misleading. I didn't realize mileage was an additional charge until after I received my bill. Even the service rep did not make a point of mentioning this, only asking me for an estimate of how many miles I would be driving. Still, not a bad deal, but rather than just say 19.95 per day, please make it clear that mileage is extra.

The employee who recieved the trailer told me we didn't need any paper work or sign any paper work once I dropped the trailer off. This prompted a call from a Russia cell phione number (which i did not answer) Sunday (day rental due) to drop my rental at a different location. I tried to return the call, but I don't have an International calling plan, so there was no way to tell Kristyn I already returned the rental in Friday morning (two days early) at a U-Haul store. So now I'm chasing the trailer because it wasn't "in the system" and no one could find it. My son went to the location we dropped it off and asked about the rental and was told yes it was checked in and was already rented out. She then proceeded to print out the return paper work and handed it to my son. Why wasn't this done when I returned the retal in the first place??? Who knows, but it would have saved a lot of phione time and running around by my son if it had been checked in properly.

My movers bumped the dolly in the van, which broke the seal and I was charged $7 even though I did not use it. Why was the dolly put in the truck even though I didn't request it?

Charged me an extra day after I dropped the keys in the drop box at 830. They open at 9:00 but didn't check the vehicle in until 9:40 which prompted the additional day. No call just deceided to charge the card along with an extra $25 cleaning fee for s truck bed being a bit dirty due to moving mulch. Crazy.

I hired a 2 movers from since you guys reccomrnded them, I thought this seemed weird but I knew UHAUL would not send me in the wrong direction. I sure was wrong. I hired just in time movers. I was supposed to have 2 movers come on 4/15 at 1pm. The movers did not show and when I texted the mover he said "No ride I'll see if I can find one tho" I then told him to to take an Uber it's not my problem he doesn't have a ride I already paid him and there are supposed to be 2 movers. He then replied "Nigga u paying for it I'm broke" I am disgusted by this treatment. I will never being using Uhaul again or I am shocked you guys would guide me to someone who treats customers like this.
