The hood of the truck was not latched. It flew up while we were doing 65 on the highway. SO UNSAFE. Half the lights on the car tow were out by the time we reached our location, also unsafe.

The staff at the counter was slow and unprofessional, at one point there was only one person behind the counter with a long line because the other and gone to get drinks. It took almost an hour to get out of there with a reservation. There was nickel and dimeing for literally everything. I'm spending $100 for a truck advertised at $40, and you charge me extra to use a dolly.

We were so stressed out dropping off the truck when we where told of the 4 days and that we where late - after we explained the situation to the staff - they did all they could to fix the error and only charged us $30 - they went above and beyond their duties and made the error and nightmare experience doing the initial pickup in Vegas to making us smile and this 7 days of stress moving to a new State good in the end. Hands down to those men when we dropped off the truck and hitch. AMAZING TEAM YOU HAVE IN COLORADO

I was notified three hours prior to starting my move that the 26' truck I had reserved 10 days prior was unavailable. I was offered two 15' trucks for the same price. Unfortunately the price I was quoted by the call center was half of what I ended up paying and instead I was given two extra days. Of course I had no want or need of two extra days, but I had too much going on to fuss or fight. The location for pick up and drop off were fine, it's the call center that created this very inconvenient situation. In the future I will just hire a moving company in the how that things will go another and with much less of a headache.

The back of the truck was not cleaned out, dolly was not hooked up and the padding was out and laying all in the back and they tried to charge me for it. When we walked the truck Alfredo never opened the back. He was talking to me with a mouth full of food and was trying to put me in a bigger truck then I needed. I wanted a pick up to move a mattress and he put me in a 15 footer. And that made no sense. This place is horrible and the service was not friendly or great.

This has been the worst rental experience I've ever had in my almost 10 moves. We scheduled a 26' truck for our move, which was gauranteed to be available per my reservation. Apparently the brakes locked up on the vehicle (which was known well before my pick up time) and I was not notified that the vehicle would be unavailable. If I had, I would have been able to either reschedule my movers that I had already paid for or picked up a different truck at a different location - which, I would have gladly done without issue. Instead we were stuck with a 15' truck to avoid losing invaluable time and a couple hundred dollars. We were given two contacts - the store manager and the regional president. We could not get either of them to call us back after multiple attempts to help aid us in this very unfortunate situation. I now see why we were given these numbers - apparently they never planned on answering. As result of this huge mistake on Uhaul's part, we were stuck with double the fees in mileage charges and double the fees in movers in order to get the move completed. I will never again use Uhaul to move in any circumstance. It's very unfortunate that Uhaul has no regard for customer service. The inability to reach anyone on this issue, after being told they can help resolve the situation, reflects not only on the location but the company as a whole.

Advertise or alert the consumer of the sometimes disproportionate return trip price for renting a storage truck going back to the same location. From Del Rio to Denver was approx. $700. From Denver to Del Rio was approx. $1300. Within the span of a month. You are running a business, I understand but seems a bit much. Thanks.Mr. Justin S. Wilson esq.

The running lights did not work on the trailer and had to replace the plug. After replacing the plug the running lights kept not working and kept blowing the fuse and could never get them to work. It cost us 6 hours of drive time having to wait until daylight as didn’t want to run at night with no lights causing my daughter to miss school.
