I had to extend my rental and was wanting to secure funds on a different card. I got the biggest run around. I was transferred 5 times and every one I spoke with acted like I was speaking another language. I finally got James ( I hope that is the correct name) who want above and beyond to help me!!! He not only assisted with extending my rental but he also solved my problem and made me feel like I was being help and not just an other call intruding on their day!! Thank you James!!!

first they woulnt let me rent the trailer becouse i didnt have a phone number of a friend and was treated really crapy second the lights wouldnt work and i said i have a adaptor for my hitch and they said we already hooked up your trailer so now you have to pay for the adaptor this was the worst nightmare i have ever been thru and they said i had to have it back by 830 the place wasnt even open this is so bad i will never rent from this location again and i will let everyone no not to rent from this location

I had to wait because the person st the counter had just clicked out and no one else was there. Then a mechanic with filthy greasey hands comes up after about 15 minute. Then it takes him awhile to figure out what needs to be done. Finally gets the truck and we go to inspect it and open the back and s cockroach runs across the truck. My friend kills it snd the guy just stands there. We ask about being stayed, he leaves and goes somewhere comes back with. Pack of blankets. I say I'm not taking this truck if there's one there's more. He acts all put out cause he has to switch out the truck. Someone else dies the paper work switch who is faster but doesn't seem concerned or apologetic at all. That seemed so bothered that they even had to work horrible customer service.

Rental pickup truck BP6052D was on empty and I mean empty. I had to put fuel in the truck before I could go to my destination for fear of running out of gas. Not a big fan of your fuel policy - what happened to returning the vehicle with the tank full !!

I was very pleased with how everything was handled. I called to increase our dolly from one to two did not receive a confirmation of that, but called spoke with a very helpful person who assured me in was in your system. I make all travel and rental arrangements for our company reps and it is sometimes difficult when i am not the one traveling. Our rep said everything went smoothly. Thank you

I called the local phone number which was redirected to a calling center. The lady who answered took my reservation request, or so I thought. When I arrived at the local center nothing was found regarding it. Fortunately they knew what they were doing and had me on my way in short order. Local center 5 stars out of 5, call center 0 stars out of 5! Fix call center.

Originally requested a different location online and put through reservation. No one was at the location or answering the phone. Had to drive 40 minutes out of the way to get equipment and 40 min back to return. Equipment had grease and oil all over it one of the straps was frayed and difficult to secure.

We had a decent experience, the only thing I would say is the lines at this location are extremely long, and it takes a very long time to get assistance. It might be helpful to add a few staff members to make it a faster process.
