When I first Called do make a reservation, that went ok then they had to get ahold of me to confirm the reservation. Once all that went through i had to go pick up the truck. I got the location and once i was being helped the person helping me was not even in the right department. They worked in another department, and was put down on the counter to help out. After they got the confirmation i looked at the info they took and about half the info was wrong. So they had to go through and correct everything. Once that was taken care of they almost didn’t have the right truck i needed. They put me in computer for a different vehicle. Luckily a comstomer had just returned a truck that i was able to take over. When i had to return the truck the person was nice about which i was thankfull. I told them what i used it for which was towing a trailer and they informed me that towing a trailer with the truck is now prohibited. That shocked me. The website even says the truck is perfect for towing. I said there was already a hitch on the back they claimed that it was for them to use so they can tow trailers around the yard. I asked them if i had to do this again what should i do and they said to rent out a small box truck. I will not do that due to the 8” pick up truck worked just fine for what i needed. I enjoyed the truck, it was a nice ride, but the service i got was not all that great. This was my second or third time i had to go through this. Seems like every time i go through this truck renting prosses something always goes wrong for some reason. If i have to rent out a truck again i am considering going somewhere else to rent one.

I reserved a trailer 2 months in advance to needing it, when I arrived to pick up my trailer I was told they didn’t have any there and I had to drive 30 minuets out of my way to pick one up, a hour of my time while trying to move to pick up a trailer that I had reserved for 2 months prior. Lesson learned. Reservations mean absolutely nothing, and I will never rent with uhaul again.

This Rating has NOTHING to do with the Staff at our local Store - They were great. Totally dissatisfied with Uhaul. We picked the correct truck (26 Ft) and were forced into a 17 Ft Truck with NO NOTICE. We had aligned labor for a Single Trip move and we were forced to Pay for More Labor - and we ended up paying More for the Truck due to the extra mileage fees. We were charged for 90 miles when we should have only had to pay for 45 miles. We spent an additional $100 for labor due to the extra time involved in Multiple Trips. All these costs were expended because Uhaul failed to follow through with your commitments AND failed to Communicate in a timely manner. We were forced to spend Double what we should have.

The facility was understaffed and it showed. The trailer was not cleaned before my rental and the staff had to sweep it out before my departure. Upon my return I had to park the trailer back into the storage spot. I didn't really mind helping out, but I shouldn't have to do that.

They have charged me mileage that I did not even drive. The guy who showed us the truck did not verify mileage with us so make sure you verify mileage before you sign anything.

Jorge and all your employees were so nice and helpful. Thank you very much. we had a nice, clean truck , your employees explained everything to us before and after our rental. Love U-Haul, have used them Many times over the years.

Had a reservation, but it was not made clear that if I dropped off the truck at the same place I picked it up that I would not get the built in miles for the truck I rented. Had to make them switch it back to my original rental so I could take the truck out of town. They then asked which return location to use so I picked one that was only a few miles away, but they put in one that was 15 miles away and required going through morning rush hour to downtown Denver. They also charged me $103 for a rental that my reservation said would be $89 and they did not give me the built in 154 miles from my original reservation they only gave me 80 and I had to pay $31 for extra miles. So my truck that should have cost a little over $100 cost me $155. This is unacceptable and I would not only not recommend this location to people I would not recommend Uhaul at all.

The manager could be nicer and more accommodating and the sales clerk could work on processing paper work faster so lines aren’t so long.

Suggest buying a lock before leaving the store. Send info about 12 volt charging for devices during the trip

It seems like the servers are slow thus causing the computers to take forever every time we rent equipment. This time it took at least 15 minutes for the system to make it through all of the rental screens disputes the fact that we checked in online. Other than that, great location, plenty of rentals, LOVE the app and having the ability to reserve and return from my phone, love that when we only needed the trailer for one day instead of two that our charges were updated to reflect one day.

Get rid of the old equipment with a sliding door. It caught on a table leg and broke it when sliding the door up. The hinged door works so much better! Wait forever for person to talk to on phone.

The truck worked but seemed on the edge self destructing, charging $25 for the back being dirty is a little excessive when there is just a little bit of dust in the back.

Customer service representative had me wait an extra 30 minutes stating vehicle was not at location when it was. Also, he was rude. When I returned to deliver the truck same customer service person was rude and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to have the truck inspected. Finally, employees arrived to location from lunch and truck was inspected and I was able to leave.

It's great that past dings and dents from prior use are noted on the van itself. Maybe there should be a way of noting any cracks on the tail lights and window dings too. My wife noticed the punch hole on the tail light of the van we were given and rock crack on windshield. Had to go back in and let the service person know about so it was noted before leaving with the van.
