Poor customer service. The person taking the return of the truck was rude and unprofessional. Poor training and lack of professional integrity.


Wash the trucks. Actually honor the size of the truck requested. I ordered a 26' truck got 15' instead making moving extremely difficult and tiring.

Everytime i check in on line I still have to check in again when I get there.


First my reservation was 25 miles north of this location.Second l order moving blankets and dolly . Neither one was in the truck. These shortcomings jeopardize my help time and my schedule. When ask for refund on considering everyone said I can't do that. It seems what you got my credit card you didn't care about any thing or any body .

My experience was a nightmare!!!!! I used the app to book my move 4 weeks ago. You switched my rental location several times with out notifying me. On the day of my rental you changed as I was pulling top to the location. Then you sent me somewhere else only to find out they had no trucks. Then somehow my reservation was changed from a 26" to a 15 '. I have my original reservation email stating 26'. Had to make twice as many trips (from 2 round trips to 2) plus far away location. As planned I should have used 65 miles total. Instead I was charged for 147 miles. this doesn't even include my personal time and car milage. I would love to discuss this more with someone. Truck was very dirty, could have used a car wash.


The overall experience with uhaul added stress to an already stressful experience of moving long distance. Our pickup location and time was changed 3 times. Our well thought out plans for location, timing and moving help were constantly in jeopardy because we didn't have confirmation from uhaul until the last minute.

I had originally reserved this truck at a Uhaul 2 miles away from my house. I got a call saying my reservation had been switched to a Uhaul 10 miles away. So I had to pay more for additional mileage than I had anticipated. Not only did I not receive any kind of discount for my mileage change, the lady did not mention anything about the mileage change to me. Not a bad way to squeak an extra $25 out of me for mileage charges.


I got charge twice on two different credit card have never sent the money back to my account yet very concerned .

he Trailer I rented had a big gash in the ramp, it needs to be taken out of service. I had to replace the tire on my motorcycle.

I reserved a 26' truck a week and half in advance. I got a call the morning of my move that the truck was not available. They offered me a 20' truck instead. The smaller truck meant that I had to make additional trips. It was very inconvenient.

picking up after hours is a real pain for first time users and the app is terrible because it goes back and forth and skips in and out you need to refine this process and make sure that people know ahead of time what is expected and that it can be quite long ordeal. my rental smelled like marijuana and when my girlfriend turned on the air conditioning at the end of our trip it smelled like cigarette smoke there is no option to mention these things when doing a truck share initial pickup there should be a comment section on the app when you pick up equipment so that these things can be noted. The drop-off was really good there was a gentleman there to help us and it was a very fast return I was able to communicate the issues with the vehicle including a soiled spot that was hidden previously under the armrest in the middle. We weren't able to get a rental car from the airport but because of my creativity we were able to catch a lift to the site and rent a truck which saved us about $375.


This location was 30 mins away from my house. I kept asking for a U Haul closer to my house. But was told none of the other locations have my size truck. I was not pleased with that. But they did take care of me at this location.


Requirements for payment with debit card should be allowed for all transactions.

Please notify when changing pick up location. I had to drive out of my way to pick up and drop off the truck which I feel was unnecessary.

We went in and were told by an employee, who never even checked the system, that there were no trucks available. We drove to 4 other locations and were referred back to this store. I made a reservation on line for 12 and we were not given a truck until 1245 when there was an available truck sitting in the lot the entire time. Delayed our move my about 3 hours.
