My experience with Sable storage in Brighton was great. My initial experience, with your telephone rep was sub par at best. I initially was told that the 8'x12' trailer was not readily available and that someone would get back with me within the hour. After a day of waiting , and being on hold for an hour, I resolved to deal with an affiliate in person. Upon investigation, it was discovered that my account had been forwarded to another facility unbeknownst to me; a facility that also did not have the trailer size requested. Eventually we resolved to part with some less essential items and use a smaller sized trailer.Greg M.

The truck was still dirty upon arrival to pick up. There was a half eaten sand which in the back along with a lot of other trash. The blankets had been used and all over the truck, the dolly also had been used and not re zip tied. They should have taken more time to inspect the truck for cleanliness before renting it out again.Lukas M.

I reserved a 15 foot 2 months in advance. I thought it was a good deal. Then a day before my move which was a non negotiable date I was told they had no 15 foot trucks and only a 10 foot truck. They changed my desired pick up location to further away from my home and charged me almost the same amount for the 10 foot truck as I was going to be paying for the 15 foot truck. I also was treated very badly by a UHaul rep over the phone from when I called the 800#. Will not be using UHaul ever again for my future moves.Cassandra W.

The overall atmosphere was almost creepy. Everyone was quiet when I walked in and no one was friendly enough to even say hi. I walked up to check in for my reservation at a make shift counter made out of boxes when there is a huge counter in the store not being used. That was confusing and seemed like a waste. When I went outside to get my equipment, no one met me there. They just left the truck running and I had to guess it was the one I was supposed to use. Overall, it was a very poor first impression and I won't be going back.MATTHEW H.
