I'm glad you asked for feedback! I was so happy at first with my storage unit. Except for hours of using the unit ,there were no rules about length of time staying after depositing more stuff in it. I am an elderly woman with disabilities ,and was notified personally by the manager about ,"You cannot be here like this, we will put you on restrictions,etc" She seemed to understand my lack of hearing(I'm deaf) and wrote a note to me saying that. I was only resting and eating some chips,admiring the view. We ended on a good note and I told her I would take less time in the future.Which I did take less time twice after that,no problem. About a week went by,I was ill and couldn't get back with more stuff ,when I received an email stating ,breach of contract concerning my address. I went there the next day,still ill, and a young lady said that email was sent to me wrongly. But that the manager had put me on restricted access, for NO REASON and she took my card away. I was very upset and tried to tell her what the lady manager and I had discussed.She then handed me a paper with restrictions about my units access. IF THE MANAGER DID RESTRICT MY ACCESS SHE WOULD HAVE HANDED ME THOSE RULES, YES?!!I WILL NEVER EVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN ON CHAMBERS ROAD AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT HOW RUDE YOU PEOPLE ARE TO THE DISABLED ELDERLY. I left early because of her,and moved all my stuff out. Still ill I got no sympathy or apology. Thanks for your time, personally I don't think you care anyway.

Michael L | First ImpressionsI have to say I’ve used this U-Haul for many years, but they had built this new guardian storage in Green Valley that I did use for a few months, that was a mistake because it had mice feces rats whatever that was. Per everywhere you touched destroyed everything I owned and valued. I never had that issue with this U-Haul and it always kept it clean and I am so proud to be a customer again in here And will recommend this place to everyone.
