It was horrible all the way around and when I got the truck in the afternoon seem to be going OK but then after getting back in the truck to move my stuff at the block, the truck seem like it was having trouble shifting. Then the next morning, I was supposed to have it back by 11 but we overslept so I had called them and asked them to change it to a later time when I got into the truck, the engine was slipping really bad and engine light was coming on, so I thought what to do was bring it back to where I got it from and then I called Roadside assistance roadside assistance told me to go ask him for a truck. They would change it for me no problem but because my reservation is over at 11, they would not extend it nor give me a new truck so I haven’t even got to use the uhaul really because of the mechanical problems it was having since I got the vehicle. They told me I’d have to make an immigration, but I already spent all my money on that reservation. I wouldn’t get paid till but they won’t give me a truck and they wouldn’t let me get a new reservation without putting more money down which is bull crap because I already paid for truck that I didn’t use actually I want refunded on this or I want a new truck for today at no cost because this is bullshit. I’m going to call the Better Business Bureau about this actually and on this mile high gas station cause they’re very rude and when they realize that I couldn’t get the truck again and the reservation, they told me I had to get out of the truck and get off their property. Fuel was under 1/4 tank. Cab if truck was dirty. Windshield filthy. Shit in cargo area. Will never rent from Uhaul again you literally make zero effort.

Michael NWhen I arrived at the store the clerk advised that my order was not in the system. He was able to give me a truck like the one I orderd. Around 4 hours later I got a notice that my order, that was (not) in the system, was cancelled.. There was some problem in your system, but I was able to get my move done.
JEFFREY BI was very satisfied with the service here especially after one not so pleasant experience at a location in Thornton not too long ago thank goodness it seems most of my experiences except that one in particular have been absolutely great
